I have worked with individuals for 15 years and have helped my clients realize that life all about growth and change which isn't always easy or comfortable. Our lives can be stressed from many things like death, conflict with a spouse, illness, workplace demands, our children, aging parent or just living in today's world. It is my goal to help you make positive changes and together we can develop effective coping skills to help you make your life the best it can be.
