It is my goal to bring the most supportive, nonjudgmental, and ethical practice in my work with you. I utilize Reality Therapy practice to help foster individual growth and give power to you and your own choices. I also use mindfulness based practice to help you achieve balance with life's stress. I have specialized training in trauma, emphasizing in trauma-focused CBT. I offer a safe, quiet atmosphere conveniently located in downtown Morgantown. It is my goal to provide you with the best care possible so that you can create the life you deserve!
