If you are dealing with emotional or relationship problems or traumatic life experiences, it is much more difficult and isolating to go it alone. Sometimes we feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. There comes a time for many when getting help from a professional may be necessary. If you are going through a difficult time, trying to adjust to recent changes or dealing with long standing issues, I can help. I provide a safe and confidential place for clients to work through life's challenges. My belief is that therapy is a collaboration in which the client is the expert in his/her life and I bring a variety of theraputic experience and techniques to the process .Part of the excitement of being a counselor is bearing witness to the process of growth and healing.
